Up Next - Painting of Smiling Woman with Afro

My next painting will be a smiling woman with an afro. I think a happy face is lovely and I don't paint them on my women often. I've done more smiling drawings for some reason. So, this is the start of her. What do you think? She looks cartoony right now. Which is a lot of my style, actually. I can't wait to see how she develops! The background is another painting I began some years ago and never finished. So, I'm sure it's happy to have a chance to be something beautiful. Also, to have a forever home someday!
